Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log In: Sign in to your RoomRuler dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Repair Section: Click on the 10th icon labeled "Repair" to access the repair order area.
  3. Add New Repair Order: Click the plus icon at the top right corner of the screen to open the new repair order form.
  4. Select Machine & Status: Choose the machine number from the dropdown and select the current status for the repair.
  5. Enter Description: Fill out the "Description" box with details of the issue you're experiencing.
  6. Optional - Attach a File: If you wish to include an image or document, click the "Choose File" button under "Image" and upload your file.
  7. Save the Repair Order: After ensuring all information is complete, click the "Save" button to submit your repair order.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure you are logged in before accessing the repair section.
  • If the form does not load, try refreshing your browser.
  • Double-check that all required fields are filled in correctly before saving.
