Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log In: Begin by logging into your RoomRuler account using your credentials.
- Access the Members Section: Navigate to the Members area and select the member whose Face ID you wish to update.
- Open Face ID Settings: Within the member’s profile, locate the Face ID management section. Here you’ll see options to either "Add Face ID" or "Reset Face ID."
- Add Face ID: If enrolling a new Face ID, click "Add Face ID." Follow the on-screen prompts to position the member's face in front of the camera. Ensure that the lighting is good and the face is clearly visible for an accurate scan.
- Reset Face ID: To update an existing Face ID, click "Reset Face ID" to remove the previous data, then proceed with the enrollment process to capture the new biometric information.
- Save Changes: Once the process completes successfully, click "Save" to update the member’s profile. A confirmation message should indicate that the Face ID has been updated.
- Test Verification: Finally, have the member test their Face ID login to ensure that it functions correctly.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Ensure there is sufficient lighting during the scan.
- Confirm that the camera is unobstructed and functioning correctly.
- If the Face ID scan fails, try resetting and re-enrolling the member’s Face ID.
