Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log In: Sign in to your RoomRuler dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Access the Match Section: Click on the third icon from the left labeled "Match."
  3. Show Completed Matches: Click the toggle button labeled "Show Completed" to display all completed matches.
  4. Edit a Completed Match: If you need to edit a match, click the delete button next to the match item. This will push the match back into the pending match list.
  5. View Pending Matches: Toggle the "Show Completed" button again to view the pending match list.
  6. Complete the Match: Click the check icon next to the match you want to finalize. Enter the machine number, verify the match points amount, and capture a secure image of the details.
  7. Save Changes: Finally, click the "Save" button to update the match information.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure you are logged in before accessing the Match section.
  • If the toggle does not display the correct matches, try refreshing the page.
