Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log In: Sign in to your RoomRuler dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Access the Vendor Section: Click on the eleventh icon labeled "Vendor" to view your vendor records.
  3. Select the Vendor to Edit: Locate the vendor that you wish to update and click the edit icon next to their entry.
  4. Edit Vendor Details: The vendor form is divided into multiple tabs. Update the information as needed:
    • Basic Information: Update details like Company Name, Contact Name, and Phone Number.
    • Address: Modify the Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code.
    • Additional: Update the Email or other relevant details.
    • Notes: Add or modify any notes or reminders related to the vendor.
  5. Save Changes: Once all necessary edits are complete, click the "Save" button to update the vendor record.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure you are logged in before accessing the Vendor section.
  • If the vendor form does not load, try refreshing your browser.
